1. Overview

AgriSustainify provides agricultural infrastructure, training, and advisory services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Service Deposits

Where a deposit is required to initiate a project or service engagement, the deposit is refundable in full if the project has not commenced and the cancellation request is made within 14 days of payment. Deposits are non-refundable once site assessment or procurement activities have begun.

3. Completed Services

Payments for completed services — including training sessions, consultancy, and installed infrastructure — are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 30 days and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Equipment & Hardware

Equipment supplied by AgriSustainify is covered by the terms set out in the relevant supply agreement. In the event of a manufacturing defect or equipment failure within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the equipment at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@agrisustainify.com with your name, organisation, project reference, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

6. Changes to This Policy

AgriSustainify reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be available on this page.
